There is a Group Code for booking reservations on-line. The Group Code is RECORD
The Chancellor Hotel will honor a discounted room rate of $109.00 per room/per night, plus a 15.5% tax and fee. It is understood that no rooms will be held within this room block and rooms will be reserved at the Conference Rate based on room availability at time of booking.
Reservations will be honored two days before and two days after the dates rooms are blocked on a space available basis at the contracted group room rate.
A two night minimum stay restriction applies to reservations booked for a stay on Friday or Saturday nights.
Reservations will be honored based on room availability up until a cut off date of November 4, 2011, at which time any requested room reservations will be booked based on room availability and the best available room rate.
Room Reservations can be booked through the Chancellor Hotel's Website at www.chancellorhotel.com. When booking on-line the following GROUP CODE must be entered along with selecting the dates of the conference: On-Line Group Code: RECORD
Guests booking on-line and requesting to arrive prior to December 1 or stay beyond December 5, 2011, will need to contact the hotel directly to book their room reservation as on-line bookings at the conference rate will not be allowed.

It is extremely important for guests to identify to the Reservationist that they would like to book a room under the ART OF RECORD PRODUCTION Room block.

has a “petite double” online special at $79. Most rooms are $109 or $119. Right on Market St and the metro lines that run out to the conference at SF State The block of guest rooms at the special rate ($149) for the San Francisco State University Room Block at the Hilton San Francisco, 12/2/11 – 12/4/11 is now available for booking. Reservations may be made via telephone by calling Hilton Reservations Worldwide at 1-800-445-8667 (1-800-HILTONS), and asking for the San Francisco State University rate or mentioning the group code (SFS). Guest can also call the Hilton Bay Area Regional Reservations desk at 415-771-1400, and choosing option "1" for "Reservations" from the voice menu.
Reservations may also be made online by following these easy steps:
1. Go to www.sanfrancisco.hilton.com which is our direct website link.
2. Type in desired dates on the right hand side of the screen in the "Check Availability" tab and click "Go."
3. Guests can choose their arrival/departure dates and bedding preferences. Under "Special Accounts" guests can enter the group code in the box next to "Group/Convention Code."
4. Then guests can continue through the reservation process of seeing the guestroom rate and booking the room.
